Duck meat from France

In January 2025, two recipes with duck joined the FirstMate range: Cage Free Duck Meal & Pumpkin for dogs and Duck Meal with Blueberries Cat for cats. The ducks come from France and are raised cage-free. Like the other FirstMate recipes, these two also contain only one source of animal protein.

For dogs

In the Cage Free Duck Meal & Pumpkin recipe, duck meal comes first in the composition, complemented by potatoes and pumpkin. Animal ingredients provide 78% of its protein. You can buy it in packs of 454 g, 2.3 kg and 11.4 kg.

For cats

In the Duck Meal with Blueberries Cat recipe, duck meal makes up 54% of the composition, and animal ingredients provide 92% of its protein. You can buy it in packs of 454 g, 1.8 kg, 4.54 kg and 20 kg.

Both recipes are made in Canada, in the manufacturer’s own factory in British Columbia.
